She is a certified Canine Good Citizen (CGC) evaluator, an active member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP), and has completed multiple certifications through the Dunbar Academy to further expand her knowledge and skillset.

Serena continued her professional development through hands-on training and mentorship at K9 Fluent Professional Dog Training, where she refined her ability to work with dogs of varying breeds, temperaments, and behavioral needs. Her own poodle mix, Kavik, continues to play an important role in her journey, inspiring her commitment to ongoing education, relationship-based training, and helping clients achieve real-world success with their dogs.
