Meet the team

Tiffany Saul
Head Trainer / Owner / Founder
My journey into dog training began as a client, driven by a deep desire to better connect with my own dogs. Over the years, I’ve rescued, fostered, and thoughtfully selected a puppy from a reputable breeder — each one leaving a lasting mark on my heart and shaping the trainer I’ve become. Their unique experiences have helped me develop a balanced, thoughtful approach to training rooted in real-life understanding and respect for the human-canine bond

I had two aggressive dogs I put Through training with K9 Fluent. I know where you as a client have been and will give my all to give you and your dog the same life changing results. I am also in the Air Force Reserves so understanding that life can be busy is and understatement. Yet, helping your dog can be done!

I came to K9 Fluent after being a groomer for many years. I know how important it is to have your dogs trained. It affects the ability to to groom dogs with less stress on the dog. I was impressed that we actually work on helping dogs tolerate grooming, but mostly to teach clients how important it is to keep up on grooming. I have compassion and complete my job with care and precision.

I was a groomer for years prior to becoming a dog trainer. My dog, Callie wasn’t the nicest to other people or dogs. I wanted her to have a better life and go places with me. So I became a client of K9 Fluent. 3 months after finishing my program I started as an in house trainer. Now 1.5 years later I am an assistant trainer. I love the changes made in the dogs life and so exited when clients tell me how proud they are of their dog.

I have been showing dogs ever since I can remember! My earliest memories are from dog shows and helping my mom groom our clumber spaniels on our deck at our house in Washington. From a very young age I knew dogs were something special that united people and brought communities together. As I grew older my passion for showing dogs grew and I worked hard training my own dogs for the show ring. I always knew I wanted to be involved with animals and I interned at various veterinary offices as I thought that becoming a doctor of veterinary medicine was what I wanted my career path to be. When I graduated high school in 2012, I got a job working at a local PetSmart where I was mentored by an animal behaviorist and fell absolutely in love with dog training. Since then, I became a dog trainer with PetSmart where I stayed for 7 years. I also became a professional dog handler and Canine Good Citizen evaluator for the AKC. I then worked for a couple of years as a professional dog groomer. I am now looking to get back to training more full time in between dog shows. My specialties are basic obedience, conformation, and rally. I do also do some field work and scent work. I am so passionate about dogs and peoples teamwork to better each others’ lives and the lives of people they come in contact with! I hope that through dog training we can make our lives and our communities a better place.

I wanted to make a difference in a company but I didn’t know where to begin job wise. I am thankful for my opportunity to make my difference with K9 Fluent. I help keep this facility spick and span. When needed I help out with working the dogs.

Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, as my family has owned them well before I was born. Growing up with dogs taught me valuable life lessons in compassion, empathy, and patience, as well as the critical importance of proper training.
I originally came to K9 Fluent as a client, seeking to begin my dog Opal’s journey to becoming a service dog for myself. Through our training at K9 Fluent, both Opal and I gained confidence—in ourselves and in our partnership. Witnessing Opal’s daily progress has been incredibly inspiring and deeply motivating. That inspiration is what led me to join the K9 Fluent team, so I can help others experience the same positive transformation.
